Skinnymixer’s Pepper Mayo Sauce features in the Basics section of the cookbook The Healthy Mix Dinners 2.
The Pepper Mayo Sauce is a cookbook exclusive recipe…
I have wanted to nail a Pepper Mayo for years now, and I have finally done it in The Healthy Mix Dinners 2 to go with our Zinger inspired Hot & Spicy Chicken Burger Fillets recipe.
The trick is to use ground black pepper and give it a little chilling time for the flavour to develop. I don’t know about you, but the Skinnymixers team is glad we can finally kick our KFC slider obsession.
Tip: It is best to use store bought ground pepper and not grind yourself for the best flavour. We recommend making this at least a few hours early so it has a chance to develop in the fridge.
Store in a sterilised airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. (Only 5 days if using homemade mayonnaise).
Hopefully this Thermomix & regular cooking methods cookbook helps takes a little bit of stress out of dinner time and help answer the question “What’s for dinner?”
