Something a little bit fancy (but incredibly easy) from the Romantic Dinners section in SkinnyEntertaining… Duck & Banana Curry.
Now I’m not a lover of fruit with meat, but Grant Neal made an incredible Duck Curry for lunch one day and I knew it had to go in the book! The duck is so tender cooked gently in the curry sauce that is bursting with flavour.
This curry also works with chicken thighs, for a tasty mid-week meal.
