Ingredients
- ½ tsp black peppercorns
- 2 Tbsp dried oregano leaves
- 2 Tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp onion flakes
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
Instructions
Thermo cooker
- Add peppercorns to mixer bowl, mill 10 sec/speed 8/MC on.
- Add remaining ingredients, mix 1-2 sec/speed 10/MC on.
Conventional
- Add all ingredients into a spice grinder, blender or mortar and pestle. Process until combined.
