Skinnymixer’s Avocado Sauce features in the Tacos section of the cookbook SkinnyAmerica.
The Avocado Sauce is a cookbook exclusive recipe…
We have an amazing guacamole in A Little Taste of Mexico, so I was conflicted on what to do for SkinnyAmerica – because my kids LOVE guac on nachos. So I came up with a healthier high protein avocado sauce, that tastes so good that the first time we made it we all stood around silently digging in to it until the whole bowl was gone.
This Avocado Sauce goes amazing on nachos, tacos and burrito bowls – but it’s equally delicious as a spread on sandwiches or as a dip with corn chips.
Good luck not eating the entire serve though
