Chimichurri is one of my favourite sauces 🌿 when we started making the Taco section for SkinnyAmerica I knew I wanted to do a really authentic Chimichurri to make the most A-H-M-A-Z-I-N-G street tacos.

I highly recommend using it with the Carne Asada and the Pulled Mexican Chicken Tacos.

Personally I can’t go past a perfectly cooked steak with Chimichurri sauce, but don’t worry this one is made with parsley and no devil’s weed!

  • coarse cracked black pepper
  • cumin powder
  • dried oregano leaves

  • light tasting olive oiil
  • parsley
  • red capsicum
  • red wine vinegar
  • salt
  • spring onion

  • sweet paprika

Instructions

Notes

Serve with the Carne Asada (p.69), Pulled Mexican Chicken (p.71), tacos or grilled protein.
Tip: For best results, we recommend finely chopping your parsley by hand and stirring through the sauce before serving.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
