Chimichurri is one of my favourite sauces when we started making the Taco section for SkinnyAmerica I knew I wanted to do a really authentic Chimichurri to make the most A-H-M-A-Z-I-N-G street tacos.
I highly recommend using it with the Carne Asada and the Pulled Mexican Chicken Tacos.
Personally I can’t go past a perfectly cooked steak with Chimichurri sauce, but don’t worry this one is made with parsley and no devil’s weed!
