Skinnymixer’s Choo Chee Prawns features in the cookbook SkinnyAsia. Unbelievably fast & delicious, using pre-made Red Curry Paste from the freezer stash you can have this on the table in 16 minutes.
SkinnyAsia is available from Friday 22nd of September at 8pm SA time.
I absolutely love the minimal ingredients and minimal time needed to make Choo Chee Prawns using a portion of the Thai Red Curry Paste from the freezer stash!
This flavour packed Thai Prawn Curry uses the Red Curry Paste in SkinnyAsia, however you can also use a portion of store-bought curry paste. The heat levels will come from how hot the chillies are in your Thai Red Curry Paste.
What you will need:
It is seriously perfect for one of those ‘can’t be bothered cooking nights’ but instead of ordering takeaway, pop this into the Thermomix or on the stovetop. You will have a healthy and delicious Choo Chee Prawns faster than it takes the takeaway to be delivered !
However the beauty of this recipe is that, if you don’t have the pre-made Red Curry Paste portions, we have also included the paste ingredients for 1 single serve of the curry paste in the recipe.
Alternatively you can also use a portion of bought Thai red curry paste – just read the jar for how much to use!
