I absolutely love the minimal ingredients and minimal time needed to make Choo Chee Prawns using a portion of the Thai Red Curry Paste from the freezer stash!

This flavour packed Thai Prawn Curry uses the Red Curry Paste in SkinnyAsia, however you can also use a portion of store-bought curry paste. The heat levels will come from how hot the chillies are in your Thai Red Curry Paste.
