Put beef mince, onion powder and salt into mixer bowl and pulse turbo 1 sec/3 times to roughly combine.
Shape into 6 large round balls and flatten using a flat plate or press.
Grill on a hotplate or dry pan for 5 mins each side, or until cooked.
