Put water, stock, onion, garlic, tomato paste, dried basil, dried oregano, pepper and cayenne in to mixer bowl.
Set for 10 min/steaming temp/speed 2/MC on.
In the mean time, start cutting up your zucchini and put it in the bottom steaming tray. Set aside.
Cut up your beef, thin slices are best as they cook very quickly. Set aside.
Put steaming tray with zucchini in place, cook for 8 min/steaming temp/speed 2.
Add beef to mixer bowl, cook for 2 min/steaming temp/lowest speed/reverse.
Serve with freshly grated lemon zest
