This Marry Me Chicken Risotto is a cookbook exclusive recipe…
When the ‘Marry Me Chicken’ took the internet by storm a few years ago, I knew we would eventually have to create our own variation.
I am sure you will fall in love with every bite of this rich risotto… and I am looking forward to getting a few more marriage proposals this year!
One of my favourite things about this Marry Me Chicken Risotto is that with a little bit of chicken and pantry staples, you can easily have a restaurant quality dish on the table within 30 minutes.
Hopefully this Thermomix & regular cooking methods cookbook helps takes a little bit of stress out of dinner time and help answer the question “What’s for dinner?”
