Bacon cheese Chive Quiches

When I began developing this Bacon, Cheese & Chive Quiche Thermomix recipe, I didn’t realise just how well-rounded it would turn out — these mini quiches tick so many boxes—being lunchbox friendly, easy to eat, kid friendly, perfect for picnics or parties and full of flavour.  I believe that this versatile recipe is not only one that you will come back to over and over, but one that will be recommended often in the community.

  1. Just quickly made these tonight and they are so light and flavourful! Super quick recipe as usual and would be able to be pimped with extra flavours – next time I might add some chilli flakes. Aiming to have in the fridge for a quick, healthy and protein packed snack or light meal.
