  1. Just quickly made these tonight and they are so light and flavourful! Super quick recipe as usual and would be able to be pimped with extra flavours – next time I might add some chilli flakes. Aiming to have in the fridge for a quick, healthy and protein packed snack or light meal.

  2. Really easy and delicious. They were devoured by the end of the day. Easily adaptable to other flavors too.

  3. These quiches are parcels of deliciousness. I whipped them up super quickly and I was so pleasantly surprised at just how tasty they are. My fussy husband and 9 month old even loves them. They will definitely be a freezer staple for quick snacks or lunches. Thanks Nik and Team, you’ve done it again xx

  4. These have been a lunchbox and after school hit this week! Delicious, easy and perfectly sized for a nutritious snack or with salad for lunch or a light dinner.
