  1. I made the dairy free version of this and it was delicious. You can’t even tell it’s made with coconut milk! I didn’t have the right capacity dish so used one bowl and two smaller ramekins – which I then sprinkled with sugar (#chubbymixer) and bruleed with my blow torch… brulee is my absolute favourite so a healthier version is amazing!

    Thank you, this is amazing. Not too sweet & perfect for my lactose free Mum who doesn’t normally like coconut in any way, shape or form (I did tell her what was in it afterwards, she still liked it😆).
    This will easily make a regular appearance on our menu, particularly when entertaining guests.
