  1. I have put off making this dish because in the past I always burnt the bottom of the pork belly resulting in an expensive disaster. I recently bought a side of pork and the belly was included so thought I would give it a try. Well this dish I nailed! Moist pork belly, beautiful crackle, apple sauce I could eat with a spoon and the roast veges were delicious! This was restaurant quality. Thanks for a great recipe.
