Ingredients
- 100 g frozen or fresh blueberries
- 15 g fresh lemon juice
- 300 g chilled water
- 10 ice cubes
- 4 drops of liquid stevia
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in to mixer bowl, blend for 1 min/speed 9/MC on. Serve immediately.

Nikalene's Advice
This serves 1 on HCG protocol and is a great way to drink a good amount of water for breakfast 🙂
Those not doing HCG protocol should increase the blueberries to 200 g or 7 oz.
