Ingredients

  • 100 g frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 15 g fresh lemon juice
  • 300 g chilled water
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 4 drops of liquid stevia
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in to mixer bowl, blend for 1 min/speed 9/MC on. Serve immediately.

Notes

Nikalene's Advice
This serves 1 on HCG protocol and is a great way to drink a good amount of water for breakfast 🙂
Those not doing HCG protocol should increase the blueberries to 200 g or 7 oz.

Use your sharp blade for this recipe.
At step 1 extend blending time if necessary, to achieve the desired consistency.
