Skinny mixers Malaysian Satay Chicken

Skinny mixers A Little Taste of Asia

One of the most requested recipes, and the reason I put ‘A Little Taste of Asia’ together! This is an authentic Malaysian satay, which is worlds apart from your typical food court satay chicken.

Traditionally char-grilled on the streets of Malaysia and served in banana leaf, this sweet and fragrant peanut sauce with lemongrass and lime leaf undertones – made healthier by reducing the amount of sugar and oil traditionally used. The nut-free variation has also received rave reviews amongst the testing team.
