Skinnymixer’s Creamy Japanese Mayonnaise + Wasabi Aioli, Sriracha Mayo features in the cookbook SkinnyAsia

We’ve had so many requests for a Kewpie mayo – to try and save people the small fortune they are paying for it at the supermarket!

To replicate Kewpie you will need MSG for the umami. Our Creamy Japanese Mayonnaise in SkinnyAsia uses miso paste or dashi powder to replicate the umami flavour in this rich, creamy mayo. We recommend using dashi powder to have the closest flavour to Kewpie.

We also have 2 flavour variations: Wasabi Aioli & Sriracha Mayo!
