Is anyone else’s kids Bubble Tea CRAZY? In an effort to try and avoid the new Boba place that opened up near our house, we’ve included a Fruity Apple Tea with Rainbow Jelly in SkinnyAsia!

- agar agar powder – can be found at your local Asia grocer for under $5. You can also buy it from health food shops for much, much more. You won’t find this one at Coles or Woolworths sorry. But the Skinnymixers Facebook group have found substituting with 2 Tbsp gelatine to work as well!
- loose leaf green tea – you can buy this in the tea section at Woolworths
