A couple of weeks before the launch of SkinnyEntertaining I made the most delicious Confit Garlic Pull Apart Bread, then I got sick and forgot to tell my team/designer!

I’m sure you can imagine how thrilled they were to try and squeeze in this recipe in this week into an already VERY full book.

SkinnyEntertaining is 40% bigger than SkinnyBarbecue – it is the LARGEST project we have ever undertaken as we included both Thermomix methods AND regular cooking methods. I’m sure you can agree that this Confit Garlic Pull Apart Bread was worth it though….
