This is a perfect Summer salad that will impress family and friends. If you want to pop a tortilla on the plate they make great street tacos too.

- fresh basil leaves

- pickled jalapeńo - optional

- baby tomatoes
- fresh coriander leaves
- cucumber
- char-grilled corn
- fresh lime
