The best I can describe it is a Creamy BBQ Sauce that reminds me of Barbecue flavoured Samboys!

We have pan-frying and air fryer instructions for this recipe. You can also bake in the oven but from our testing the air fryer gives the better result and crunch of the delicious Parmesan crumb.

You can also keep a stash of this crumb in the freezer to make this an even faster dinner!
