  1. Hi There, I am on a low fodmap diet so I’m interested in purchasing your cookbooks as you provide low fodmap recipes.
    I clicked on low fodmap on your website, the first recipe it bought up was the “Roast vegetable rub” however when I read the ingredients it had onion and garlic powder which is extremely high in fodmaps1 am I searching incorrectly or not understanding the way it works?
    I don’t want to spend money buying the books if they contain gut symptom ingredients.
    Your recipes do look amazing though 🙂
