This Smoky BBQ Sauce Thermomix recipe features in the Basics section of The Healthy Mix V.
This Smoky BBQ Sauce Thermomix Recipe has been around for many years as part of my meatloaf recipe, but it is such a versatile condiment that I was excited to include it as a standalone recipe.
This can be used in place of store bought BBQ sauce, but it tastes better and is much healthier too!
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze in portions.
Tip: If you would like to extend the shelf life of the BBQ sauce, you can replace the butter with olive oil and increase the apple cider vinegar to 30 g or 1.1 oz.
