Dim Sim Meatballs THMVI

  1. This recipe makes the most yummiest Dim Sims. I love Dim Dims but always have that back of mind thought of what is actually minced up in them ! Besides the amazing flavour, I think knowing exactly what is in them is why I love them so much. Miss 14 helped me roll and wrap our batch and has asked to make more. Another highlight of these little delights is Miss 14 actually tried one, she is pretty fussy and has never ever even tried a Dim Sim before, she had ours for the next 3 days. Hubby and Mr 17 also very much enjoyed them.
We used packaged Wonton wrappers and served with the free dipping sauce. We would recommend preparing Dim Sim mixture and allowing it to sit and rest awhile to allow the flavours to mix.
