1.5kgs of lamb mince inhaled! Served with pitta, houmous, baba ganoush, and guacamole – just do it, you will not regret it….did meatballs instead of koftas in a paella pan………awesome! Not the first recipe from THMIII, but EVERY single one has had a thumbs up…..5 person office (4 very hungry males and me)…….husband: you’ve been doing this skinnymixer shit for a while now, why am I not skinny yet…….ummmmmm, portion control perhaps?
How long do you recommend baking the vegetarian version in the oven for ?
The flavours in the Koftas are amazing. Combine them with the Tabouli and Hummus for an even more amazing meal.
Thanks for the new book! Our family of 5 are loving the recipes. We had the koftas for dinner tonight with wraps, tabouli and because we ran out of time to make the hummus we had the yoghurt dip made from the lamb and sweet potato patties recipe. Sooo yummy and easy to make!
