Furikake is a dry Japanese seasoning that will bring extra flavour to your Okonomiyaki from SkinnyAsia or steamed rice, udon noodles, salad and popcorn.
Nutty, crunchy and savoury packed with umami flavour. Furikake is a little bit like the salt & pepper in the Japanese kitchen.
You may have seen a sneak peek of it in our Facebook live for the Okonomiyaki from our new book SkinnyAsia out September 22nd!
