What you will need:
dried shiitake mushrooms – you can find these at major supermarkets in the Asian section or even near the mushrooms in the fresh fruit and vegetables sometimes. You can also find them at your local Asian Supermarket.
coconut sugar – you can also use brown sugar, this gives the recipe a caramel sweetness. You could also use a low carb compliant sweetener to lower the carbs – start with half the amount and increase to taste.
