Our Lamb Saag or Lamb Saagwala recipe features in our new cookbook The Healthy Mix Dinners 2.

We have both Thermomix and conventional cooking instructions for all the recipes in Dinners 2, however as you can see using the TM6 to make this recipe makes it an extremely easy curry to cook!

If you have never had a Lamb Saag before, it is delicious and lower in calories due to the sauce being made from spinach. It has been one of the most requested Indian curries by the Skinnymixers Community – ever since my first cookbook A Little Taste of India was released and everyone went crazy for Butter Chicken!

This healthy dinner recipe is great if you are gluten-free, dairy-free, low carb, low fodmap and if you are looking to reduce your calories. We have also included an option to make Chicken, Paneer and Potato for those that don’t eat lamb.

 If you’ve never had lamb saag before, it has a hint of spice which is balanced beautifully with spinach and tender pieces of lamb.

Hopefully this Thermomix & regular cooking methods cookbook helps takes a little bit of stress out of dinner time and help answer the question “What’s for dinner?” 🥰
