THMVI: Beef Curry in a Hurry

Curries were essential in my weight loss journey because they are so easy to make ultra low calories without compromising on bold flavours. I would regularly opt for making a delicious curry and serving with cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles, and with a mindset shift I never felt like I was missing out. When a craving for a curry hits, this recipe is under 20 minutes and absolutely quicker to make than order take away.

  • Malaysian Style Curry Powder
  • garam masala
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • chilli flakes depending on preference
  • high quality beef steak thinly sliced across the grain
  • cornflour
