Curry Leaves

Curry leaves can be purchased from most major supermarkets fresh or dried from Asian / Indian Supermarkets. It can be easier when using large amounts to buy a Curry Leaf Tree from Bunnings or your local markets. You want the Curry Leaf Tree and not the smaller curry plants. It is best to plant them in a pot to avoid them getting too large.

We use a large amount of Curry Leaves in the Nyonya Chicken Curry and we use some in the Bhuna Gosht Curry in ‘A Little Taste of India’.
