The smell of the Confit Garlic Oil from SkinnyEntertaining cooking, I swear is the most amazing smell 🥰 then the Confit Garlic Butter is the most amazing taste!

I like to spread the sweet, golden, soft confit garlic onto fresh bread and immediately eat it. I highly recommend making the Confit Garlic Butter too…

I am still finding so many new uses for this incredible Confit Garlic Butter… including dipping the Seafood Boil in and making the most insanely delicious mashed potatoes.

How’s this for breakfast in bed? Confit garlic fried mushrooms on toast 🥰😍🤩 what an insane taste sensation!!! We keep coming up with ways to use the new butter, and every time i smile so big !!!
Dinner tonight for the kids was again prepared ahead of time by the wonderful Grant Neal and Mez Nelson! They are spoilt rotten with Sausage Rolls which feature in the Finger Food section of SkinnyEntertaining (Oct 21 presale starts!) and Confit Garlic Butter used to make garlic bread which is found in the Basics section of the new book 🥰 plus of course a side salad.
