Raspberry & Coconut Bliss Balls from the lunchbox section in The Healthy Mix IV cookbook are nut-free and aren’t full of sugar.
Every time I make bliss balls, my kids ask me if they can take them to school, but I always have to say no because they contain nuts. While writing the lunchbox section for this book, I figured it was about time I wrote a nut-free bliss ball recipe.
I wanted it to be different to the standard chocolate bliss balls, and my daughter Leilani loves eating berries. She has been taking these for lunch ever since.
The Lunchbox section in The Healthy Mix IV will definitely add some new lunchbox favourites to your everyday meal plans.
