This Apricot & Almond Warm Brie Thermomix recipe is featured in my cookbook A Little Taste of France. One of my favourite childhood memories is the first time that my family and I ate fried Camembert in Robe, South Australia.

I still remember how delicious the oozing cheese with sweet cranberry sauce was, and this gorgeous warm Brie recipe takes me back to that moment every time I enjoy it.

I find some people absolutely love the Apricot & Almond topping combination – however you can utilise any fruit / nut / herb combination. We’ve also included a low carb / keto friendly Pistou Topping – so if you are someone that prefers a savoury garlic/herb flavour with your cheese, I highly recommend trying this alternative topping.
