  1. Garlic and onion can safely be substituted with Freefod Garlic and onion substitutes. They’re certified low fodmap by Monash and taste just like the real thing.

    1. I know there are a few people who make them with a food processor and on the stovetop. But they are written for Themo cookers. Perhaps try some of the recipes on the website to see.
